Embarrassing Fact #2: I've never baked a cake... (not since I was twelve), so needless to say my first attempt at baking a vegan cheesecake, turned out like this one. Burnt.
I think the key is not to use fan-forced, and not to have it sitting on the highest rung in the oven...
